Purchased this cologne to send a s gift overseas... international shipping does not allow as it is declared flammable (I guess Duty Free is the non-flammable kind). In any case - I was told by USPS, it was acceptable to send within the continental USA. Requested a return from this company and was told it could not be returned - as it is flammable - guess it was not flammable when it was shipped to me. Does this make sense? I would recommend not to purchase any cologne online.
