FABULOUS CHAIR!!!! But before I go on I can't stress enough that YOU SHOULD GO TO A STAPLES OR OFFICE MAX ETC. AND TRY AS MANY CHAIRS AS YOU CAN. DO NOT PURCHASE AN OFFICE CHAIR IF YOU HAVE NOT ACTUALLY SAT IN IT. Ok, that said this chair is fantastically comfortable. I have a disease that is very difficult on my spine and hips. After sitting in my old office chair for roughly 4 hours I could barely climb up the stairs. The pain and stiffness had to be eliminated as I started a work from home part-time job. I have been using it for several weeks now and love it. The pictures do not do the color justice and all of the adjustments are easy to reach. Assembly was a snap...if you can count and read you can put this chair together. It even comes with the tool you need to assemble it. Having a decent amount of space (10 X 10) to lay out all the pieces for assembly. The chair is also no lightweight, I say this as a positive thing but if you have any issues with lifting get some help with the box and if you need to lift the chair after it is assembled and can't just roll it into place again get some help. If you follow the directions and are working alone the chair should go together in about a half hour working at a non-rushed pace. All screws and bolts are tightened with a "T" handle Allen wrench that is supplied. I suppose you could speed the process up a bit with a drill and Allen key of the appropriate size but I would make sure that you don't torque it down to the point that it may strip, Also pay particular attention to the directions where you put the screws in but don't tighten them down right away. The ease of tilt, height, and tilt lock are all easily adjustable. The padding on the armrests is adequate and the graining of the wood is beautiful. The finish on all wood parts appears to be a clear bartop like epoxy and should hold up to years of use. The support in the chair for the lower back is for ME FANTASTIC, your results may vary so go sit in a bunch of chairs. When you find the model that works best for you make note of it. If the price in the store is not what you want it to be, look online. I saved about $50 off the price in the store, received free shipping and oddly enough it still came from staples...go figure.
