Worked well for a few months. Then just stopped 10 minutes into cycle. DEAD. Did as much trouble shooting as I could. Only way to contact seller is via email. Response from seller was they needed order number (already included date of purchase, model #, troubleshooting). Once supplied order # NO further communication from them. Was supposed to come with 1 year warranty.I was very impressed the first time I used this. Load this up with a few items ( Make sure to keep the load very small as this is a small unit! ) Press power then start for a fully auto dry cycle. It will run in one direction for several minutes then pause then reverse for around 10 seconds then resume normal tumble. This is awesome! No more tangled items. I did encounter a issue however I am glad to say that the seller was very polite and prompt with resolving my issue. The mini PCT heater in these is great! You can choose full heat, half heat and Air only drying modes. I did use a kilowatt meter out of curiosity and at the highest this only drew 1300 watts. Very impressive and efficient! I have seen others on Amazon that claim 1700 watts, I would stay away from those. The US electrical system is only designed for 1500 Watts maximum for your safety. The only thing that I find odd about this unit is the very small exhaust hose. If you are venting this through a traditional vent you will need a adapter as this is not a full sized dryer vent hose. The filter system is great! You get the primary lint screen plus the cotton circle pads to make sure that nearly zero lint dust can enter the blower. There is even a small air intake filter on the front inside the door to help prevent dust from entering the heater. Nice!Works like it's says and a good size. But my problem with it is the unit comes with two filters for the out let, a fine screen and a foan filter. But when you use both like the instructions say too, it takes forever for the clothes to dry like three hours. I use just the fine screen with out the fan filter and it dries my clothes in half the time. I feel like with the extra filter restricts the air flowIt takes a while to dry a big load, but otherwise I'm happy with it. It beats the doggy doo out of going to my neighbor's house to dry my clothes (I don't have to ask anymore). The nearest laundromat is 50 miles away so I'm as happy as a pig in a slop trough. Costs a little bit to buy extra filters but it's worth every penny. Nothing like drying your clothes at home without having to depend on ANYONE else.I bought a portable washer to go with it so I am laundry independent now! Life is good..I love how it does not over heat my clothes. The temperature is just low enough for safety but it still nicely dries everything. It will not dry quick. It will take about 50 to 110+ minutes to dry one load, if it's not too soaked. The timer does go up to 200 minutes but I don't think you'll need to go that high.I am hoping this dryer lasts me a long time! It is working wonderfully and it's getting it all done!I also own a 13 pound portable washer with automatic draining pump. Both dryer and washer are perfect for my small apartment life!Update: I have contacted the seller because after the first 10 cycles, my dryer no longer dries completely, and it leaves my clothes stiff and wrinkled. I tried adding less clothes, and I tried adding more minutes, but all unsuccessful. I have to hang clothes to finish drying and I have to iron. I hope they answer back soon with a way to fix my dryer.Update 2.The seller stopped replying after the first troubleshoot message. When I tried to return it, it was past my 30 days to return. Now I'm stuck with this dryer and hoping Assurant can arrange for some fixing. I had a dress come out with a huge hole. My whites come out with dark spots/stains. Not happy with the sellers minimal help.My clothes are stuck on the wall and don't bounce in cycle. This is the problem I an trying to fix. It is awful having to hang dry a wrinkled damp item. Super bummed. This dryer is crap, takes forever to dry anything, even five pillow cases, towels forget it, even on highest settings, clothes suck to the exhaust vent, it will not completely dry two towels even at 200 minutes on highThis dryer does function. However, I never payed attention until I replce the middle tumble filter and realize it had small cracks. I didn't think much of it and did not bother to return it. Until the whole middle part felt apart and it no longer spins. It only lasted less than a year. This dryer does an okay job. The timing and temperature is the same control for this dryer. So if u need to dry it on 120F or “low”, it would take u 120 minutes. This dryer also doesn’t dry a huge load well. The clothes inside of the pile would be wet while the outside clothes would be very hot.
